Our Building and Climate Controlled Units were constructed at extra expense to us, but at no extra expense to you.  We provide a special and unique storage facility for individuals, families and businesses in a secure and friendly atmosphere.  An added benefit is our location adjacent to Patton Movers.  When you contact their office at (540) 662-3208, they will work with us to handle your storage needs in our facility, making your move as convenient and hassle-free as possible.  We will make sure you never come up one box short on space. Units have 10-foot (plus) ceilings for lots more storage space at the same cost of other less spacious units.  Units are kept at moderate temperatures.  Ideal for file storage, medical records or other papers.  Also, antiques, paintings, and other valuable items are protected from extreme temperatures.
